Before Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This gives you enough time to check in, settle in and prepare for your treatment without feeling rushed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Your Health & Wellbeing

Please let your therapist know about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, sensitivities or other relevant concerns before your treatment.

This allows our team to make appropriate recommendations and ensure your treatment is suitable for you.

Guests Under 16

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Late arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time so that we can keep appointments running smoothly. In some circumstances, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Use of Facilities

Clients with a confirmed treatment booking may enjoy complimentary access to our facilities.

Walk-in & lodge guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities for the fees stated in our Full Spa Menu.

Use of La Joya’s facilities and services is at your own risk.

Guests are expected to use all facilities responsibly and follow any safety instructions provided by our team.

Gift Vouchers

La Joya gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment.

Please keep your voucher safe and bring it with you when you visit.
